"Pareo wa Emerald" is the sixth single released by SKE48 and first with avex trax. It was released in four versions: three regular CD+DVD editions (types A to C) and a limited CD-only theater edition.
First pressings of the regular editions came with a 12-page booklet, a national handshake event ticket, and one of 16 trading cards. The title track was used at the ending theme for television show Onegai! Ranking during July 2011.
